Wheelchairs For Kids, is a WA-based charity that operates solely on donations, grants & volunteers to provide wheelchairs for children living in poverty. Wheelchairs for Kids has donated over 60,000 wheelchairs since 1998 to 90 locations across the globe—from Mongolia to Zimbabwe.

Ts & Cs

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • OTSG reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event.
  • If OTSG cancels an event, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, but OTSG bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income).
  • If OTSG postpones an event and the registrant cannot attend on the revised date/s, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • If the registrant cancels a ticket or requests a refund, a minimum of 7 days notice is required and any fees may be incurred to the registrant.

We Encourage Safe Drinking
  • OTSG reserves the right to restrict or refuse alcohol service at its own discretion and to close the bar at any time during the event
  • No outside alcohol will be permitted at the event
  • Drivers are encouraged not to consume any alcohol at the event, and it is the responsibility of participants to arrange their own transport to and from the event.

Photography
  • Photos, images and film may be taken during the event to publish on various social media pages, it is the responsibility of the participant to advise if they do not wish to be photographed or published.
