Our team of Occupational Therapists understand the unique challenges our veteran community face, and are experienced working in the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) to enhance therapeutic outcomes and experiences of our veterans.

We will come and visit you at home, work or place of residence & organise any equipment or aids, minor and major home modifications, as well as provide rehabilitation services or emotional support & to help you remain safe, active and independent in your daily activities.
HOME MODIFICATIONSWe provide comprehensive assessment for structural and complex home modification which may help you to access your home more safely or to accommodate mobility equipment such as a wheelchair or commode in the home. We work to the Australian Standards alongside approved tradespeople to help make this process timely and stress free, & to ensure a high standard of work.
We can help to install a ramp, railing or step platform to access your home more safely; or we can advise on bathroom or structural modifications within the home. 
REHABILITATIONHave you had an accident, injury or illness? Or are things becoming more difficult with age? Our experienced Occupational Therapists can work with you at home, work or in your place of residence & to help remediate skills lost as a result of change and to help you get back to living a safe, active and independent lifestyle!
PALLIATIVE CAREWe provide responsive services to help people with terminal or palliative diagnoses & to ensure you remain comfortable and living at home during this very difficult time. Our caring staff will work closely with your medical team to ensure a seamless transition & work with you to manage issues before they arise and so that you & your family can focus on making the most of your time together. Everybody experiences the loss of someone close to them differently & we will work with you and your individual needs.
SEATING & PRESSUREWe can provide consultation for basic and complex seating systems; wheelchairs; & other seating around the home like an electric recline chair, high back chair or utility chair & which will meet all of your needs. We aim to maximise comfort and function whilst also finding solutions for pressure care, skeletal alignment, mobility and postural needs. Your seating impacts on everything you do, and having an experienced therapist consider all occupations and find the best solution for your lifestyle will significantly impact on how you function in your day to day life. We work closely with a range of suppliers & ensure you have the opportunity to trial options to ensure you have input to make an informed and best decision!

We work with you to trial and select options that not only provide functional benefits, but that also provide comfort and suit your lifestyle.

FALLS PREVENTIONThere are many factors that can make your home environment limiting or unsafe. The once familiar & secure environment of the home can become an overwhelming place for someone following an injury or illness. Our experienced Occupational Therapists will help to make your home environment safe and accessible, to maintain your daily routines and self esteem. Our Occupational Therapists are trained and experienced in completing home assessments and rehabilitation.
CHRONIC PAINWe provide services to assist manage your chronic pain and ensure you remain independent whilst also helping to manage sleep, emotional changes, social isolation and generally maintain your quality of life. We can help by providing education and remediation, and/or trialling different assistive technology options to provide comfort and relief in your unique circumstances.
CONTINENCEWe're aware that bladder and bowel incontinence can stop you doing the things you want to do - that's why our experienced Occupational Therapists will work with you to find solutions to address this issue and allow you to continue living the way you want to! Whether it be helping with a bowel management plan, providing consumables or providing urinal appliances, bidets and other equipment around the home, we are able to help!
