We are constantly learning from our participants and clients, their families and friends, and this is why we value 'lived experience' so highly when selecting new staff and volunteers.
We also believe that with the recent roll-out of NDIS, that this is a pivotal moment of transformation of disability services and an unprecedented opportunity for improved experience, outcomes and services for our community.
To make sure that every change, initiative, policy, strategic plan & service provided at OT Services Group remains service user driven, we are constantly consulting with service users before implementing changes and by running biannual focus groups.
