Occupational Therapy Services Group is based from offices located in Bentley, and in Malaga. Our therapists provide services in the home throughout the Perth metropolitan region and surrounding areas, with regional services also provided from clinics in Bunbury, Northam, Geraldton, and Kalgoorlie or in-home services provided in the Peel, South West, Mid West, Wheatbelt & Goldfields regions.

We provide home and community base services, even in the country!

We extend our specialty services to rural & remote regions of Western Australia.

We have a team of experienced practitioners providing services for NDIS, DVA, private and workplace insurers, Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) & other aged care providers. 

Services include: OT Driving Assessment, workplace and environmental assessment, functional capacity assessment, assessment for basic and complex assistive technology & other home based consultancy services.

We provide a regional (rural) visiting service to you!

We service the entire Perth metro region - providing community services to the north, south, east, west and inner metropolitan corridors.

​We service the entire Peel region - providing community services to Mandurah, Pinjarra, Boddington, Waroona and the surrounding regions.

Wheatbelt

​We service the Wheatbelt region, providing community services to Jurien Bay, Moora, Dalwallinu, Wongan Hills, Gingin, Northam, York, Brookton, Narrogin, Wagin, Bruce Rock, Merredin, Southern Cross, Lake Grace and the surrounding regions​.

Visiting clinics

​We provide visiting clinics in the following locations on a periodic basis:
- Bunbury (fortnightly)
- Northam (fortnightly)
- Geraldton every 3-6 months
- Kalgoorlie approximately every 6 months
