We provide a variety of specialty Occupational Therapy services to the Perth metropolitan region and surrounding rural areas. Our services are divided into five specialty areas and are designed to enhance a person's safety & independence, helping the person to keep an active lifestyle. We support people with disability and other health related changes of all ages and needs, in their homes and in the community. We are registered providers for a number of State and National Healthcare programs and provide services to individuals, groups and communities at large.
We are registered to provide services for:
  • the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS provider)
  • the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
  • the Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) 
  • WorkCover WA & other insurance providers
  • Medicare Chronic Disease Management (EPC) 
  • Private healthcare providers​

Driver

Driver Assessment & Modifications

We provide specialty assessment, rehabilitation & vehicle modification services for people following medical illness, injury or for people with a disability which may impact on the person's ability to drive. This service aims to enhance a person's safety and independence, helping the person to keep an active lifestyle. Our goal is to enable you or your family member to independently access the community, and begin or return to driving safely and legally.

NDIS

NDIS Services

We provide a diverse range of Occupational Therapy assessment and capacity skill building (rehabilitation) services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and which help you or your loved one maximise their NDIS plan and achieve your NDIS goals. We offer these services to individuals with a wide range of conditions, of all ages, and our services are designed to achieve functional outcomes helping you or your loved one live a more fulfilling life.

DVA

DVA Services

Services are provided under the DVA Rehabilitation and Appliances Program (RAP) to prescribe basic and complex equipment, provide rehabilitation, training and small aids for home and community requirements. These include assistive aids, personal hygiene aids, therapeutic aids, home modifications and falls prevention products. Rehabilitation services may focus on self care retraining, falls prevention, neurological rehabilitation or building improved performance in other activities.

Complex Home

Complex Home Modifications

We provide consultation for basic and complex home and structural modification (changes to the structure, layout and/or fittings of the home), and to ensure your home is safe and accessible. We work closely with you, the builder and/or project manager throughout the process from assessment and application; to design, build and sign off.

Assistive

Assistive Technology

Assessment and consultation is provided for provision of basic & complex equipment and aids & to facilitate improved function, independence and safety. These services are focused on finding solutions and trialling options to achieve a more independent lifestyle. Our vast knowledge of available solutions & independent relationship with suppliers means unbiased and optimal outcomes. 

Functional Capacity

NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments

Comprehensive functional capacity assessments are provided to identify and document funding needs for NDIS plans or other schemes. This includes equipment, therapy, home modifications, aids and appliances, driving assessment and vehicle modification or other capacity building supports. We also outline core supports and care needs as part of our thorough evaluation process.
