Born and raised in the South West of WA, Rianne first came to Occupational Therapy Services Group in 2015 and shortly after graduating from Curtin University in 2014. Joining us after a short stint in Aged Care, Rianne joined us with a desire to work with people in the community and in particular using assistive technology or through completing complex home modification. Rianne initially started working in our Veteran services, however now works across all services and in providing comprehensive consultation for basic and complex assistive technology as well as home modification. Rianne loves her role working in the community as it gives her the opportunity to work with people over a longer period of time and getting to know each individual's needs in detail. Rianne particularly enjoys her work in home modifications, both basic and complex & to enable people to remain living safely in their own homes. On the weekend you will find Rianne catching up with friends for a coffee or games night. Otherwise, she is spending time visiting her family in the south-west, playing netball or planning her next trip abroad!
